CC APAC Awards 2025 marks its sixth edition, with the Hong Kong Customer Contact Association (HKCCA) proudly serving as the host association. This year, the Awards will be held in conjunction with the CC-APAC Conference, creating a collaborative platform for sharing best practices and innovations across the region.
The theme of this year’s event emphasizes the importance of blending advanced technology with human connection in the contact center industry across the Asia-Pacific. It highlights the synergy between cultural diversity, innovative AI applications, and the critical role of meaningful human interactions in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Each participating team represents award-winning companies from their respective country associations. They will present impactful and innovative initiatives implemented in their respective contact centers. Indonesia Contact Center Association (ICCA) will take the lead in organizing the judging session, ensuring a professional and structured evaluation process, supported by a panel of judges from various associations across the Asia Pacific region. The Awards feature five main categories: Business Contribution, Customer Experience, Employee Engagement, Contact Center Operations, and Technology Innovation.
While the judging session will be conducted online, the CC-APAC Conference and Awards Ceremony will be held onsite in Shenzhen, China, organized by HKCCA. The event will feature a series of engaging activities, including the Conference, Exhibition, and Site Visit to several top-performing contact centers in Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Dongguan, Guangzhou, Foshan, providing valuable opportunities for learning, networking, and regional collaboration.
